Hot off the press, September 2025: Royal London launch their Stocks and Shares ISA.
It’s the result of countless months in the making – stretching years for some of the team. Meetings, user testing, SEO research, tinkering in Figma, weaving in feedback, collaborating with stakeholders. Creating messaging from scratch and a full content audit and design, it was no mean feat for one of the UK’s largest and oldest financial institutions.
Hub pages, product pages, transfer pages. The application process, supporting documents, toolkits, FAQs, guides and articles. Triple all the considerations, with audiences for their advisers, employers, and customers.
Full throttle, our brains were truly tested with deliberations not just over the messaging/our language and design, but nuances like constraints with the menu options, footer updates, and legacy products. We brought product owners along with us, kept the development team in the loop, juggled compliance, while all the time fuelling the confidence we’d deliver the project.
